Nanoly keeps the Data for as long as necessary to provide the Services available on Nanoly or for You to access the Service or receive our newsletter or as long as permitted under applicable laws. For example:

• - Nanoly keeps Your email address as long as You keep an active Account or You want to receive our newsletter;
• - Nanoly keeps Your IP address for logging purposes for twelve months’ following Your use of the Service.
